Haigh-Farr's design and test capability is based upon decades of experience in the discipline of RF technology, including design, analysis and test of our components. We maintain the inā€house capability to perform nearly all required environmental testing including thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, humidity, random and sinusoidal vibration, and multiple shock spectrums. We also maintain four anechoic chambers capable of measuring radiation pattern characteristics over the entire sphere - in either far field or near field. Haigh-Farr employs both full and scale model measurements along with state-of-the-art electromagnetic computer modeling techniques to optimize radiation pattern characteristics in the installed configuration as a part of our design process prior to hardware manufacture and test.

Grand Opening of Our 2019 Expansion

Haigh-Farr celebrated the grand opening of our building expansion in September, 2019. The new building adds nearly 40,000 square feet to our existing space and focuses on increasing our test capacity with the addition of four thermal chambers, two humidity chambers, a second T2000 vibration shaker and two near field anechoic chambers. Also relocated into the new space is Administration, Engineering, Business Development and Quality Inspection. Understanding the criticality of maintaining intact production processes, our manufacturing floor will remain in its existing space without movement or interruption. Expansion of production space with dedicated areas for recurring, high volume projects will be undertaken in a subsequent phase of our facility expansion plans. This approach is intended to ensure we maintain our stellar record with all aerospace primes for delivering 100% quality product on time every time.
